Our solar buildings are created with newly developed eco-friendly and sustainable materials, over 90%. This is established through our long term relationship with BASF. We use the latest Solar technology directly sourced from one of the biggest Solar factory's.
The patented modular building parts concept is responsible for a quick and cost reducing build and ensures you that a lower monthly cost will be established in this component of the total build.
3 years of concept development:
We developed this unique building concept together with a team of Architects and Engineers, the building material industry, our concept building team and one of the biggest Solar factory’s, using the latest Solar Technology.
This resulted in an outer wall that exists out of a newly developed concrete core with a new type of outer insulation
A strong, lightweight roof construction with ball-shaped parts that creates the total free span.
Finished with a high yield Solar outer cladding.
100% cradle-to-cradle:
UPCYCLING, all materials can be re-used after its lifecycle according to our concept. The basis of our sustainable builds are established through eco-friendly materials, earth warmth and solar energy. Not because its noble but because its necessary and in addition economically interesting.
200 m² of free space:
Total free span, created through our new developments and revolutionary building concept. 200 m² without any pillars, studs or walls. You decide what, where and in which way you want to have it, with our architect or your own internal Designer. Multifuctional units for care, living or office use
